Shipping Policy

It will take 3-7 business days for your order to be processed, regardless of the shipping option chosen at checkout. We ship Monday through Friday excluding weekends and holidays. We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even if your order is express. Orders will not be shipped on the same day of purchase. Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once the order has been shipped. Please allow up to 24- hours for this confirmation email. Express shipping and third-party fees are non-refundable. The company cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by the carrier service. 

*If incomplete or inaccurate addresses are provided, or there are unverified details, please note that this may cause a delay in processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We advise all customers to do a thorough review of their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.  

Return and exchange policy

Returns

Due to the nature and standards of this business, all sales are FINAL returns are not accepted or available. Nails and lashes can be categorized as a hygienic products and we take matters of public safety and hygiene very seriously. An item may be returned if it was received damaged or the wrong item was received. If a return is necessary it must be completed within 24-48 HOURS of purchase. 

Exchanges

Exchanges must be made within 24-48 HOURS of order confirmation prior to the order being shipped. Exchanges cannot be made after the product has been shipped to the customer.
